Our Leadership consists of both Elders and Deacons. The qualifications for elders can be found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. The qualifications for deacons can be found I Timothy 3. The elders serve as a team of shepherds with shared authority and responsibility. They provide oversight for the various ministries with a special focus on the spiritual direction and health of our church family. Deacons serve in a support role to the elders and help to facilitate the operation of the ministries with a special focus on stewarding the resources the Lord has provided. Ministries at the chapel depend on members of the body using the spiritual gifts God has given them to serve one another and reach the community.
